In Chicago, along the coast of Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park is a beautiful escape from the city streets. In my naivety, I assumed this statue was of Abraham Lincoln (it is actually memorialising Ulysses S Grant); for me, it will always be Lincoln, in his park.
